She previously served as VP of Research and Value at Visier,where she led research connecting people data and business outcomes; as EVP ofResearch and Analytics at Emsi; as Director of the Analytics Center ofExcellence at Rutgers; as Director of Real-Time Labor Analytics at BurningGlass Technologies; and as Director of Labor Market and Demographic Researchfor the State of New Jersey.
Yustina received herBachelor's Degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo and herPh.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
