SBR: MoM launches index ranking 300 firms on pay and mobility

The new Singapore Opportunity Index, developed by the Ministry of Manpower, the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and the Burning Glass Institute evaluates nearly 1,500 employers on how well they foster career opportunities for workers across pay, hiring, retention, progression and gender parity, identifying the top 300 firms that create strong career mobility outcomes for nearly one million resident workers in Singapore; the index uses objective employment and wage data rather than surveys, offering jobseekers transparent insights into which companies deliver real advancement pathways and giving employers a benchmark to improve how they attract, retain and develop talent across industries.
